• You may not use the service for illegal purposes
• You may not transfer your account to another party

3. Account Terms

• You must provide accurate account information
• You are responsible for maintaining account security
• You must be 18 years or older to use the service
• One account per restaurant location

4. Payment Terms

• Subscription fees are billed monthly
• No refunds for partial months
• 30-day notice required for cancellation
• Prices subject to change with notice

5. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account for violations of these terms, with or without notice.

6. Limitation of Liability

BiteFlow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
